We train children to teach prayer. First, we tell them the importance of prayer, then we gradually explain the steps of each rak'ah. We explain every movement and every prayer slowly and in simple language, and make them do it practically. We give children small tasks, such as teaching them one or two rak'ah prayers, and we encourage them. We also tell them the benefits of prayer, and make them realize that it is very important for their spiritual development.
